Why can’t I see a value estimate for a property?

Property value estimates are a key point of interest for anyone researching properties. At property.com.au, we aim to provide estimates whenever possible.

If a value estimate has a 'Low' confidence rating, this is an indication that there has been less available market data to feed into the calculation. When this occurs and the property is listed 'For Sale' we will automatically remove the estimate for the duration of the campaign - Estimates rated 'Medium' and 'High' confidence will display and update weekly to provide you with the most up-to-date information as possible to help you make an informed decision on your next steps.

In order to gain representation of the market and ensure nuances of the property are considered, you can seek out an appraisal from a local real estate agent.

You can connect to a local agent by following the below link:

Please note that property value estimates are based on current market data and serve as indicative guidelines. For more information on property value estimates and how this data is sourced, please have a read of this help article.
