Energy efficiency ratings are mandatory in ACT and optional in other states. Where we have been provided a score, we will display it.
Our energy efficiency data is sourced from realestate.com.au, compiling insights from past campaigns over time to help you make an informed decision on next steps. The property will need to be listed for sale on realestate.com.au for the rating to be added or updated - as a result property.com.au will update automatically within 48 hours of the new listing being added. We are unable to manually overwrite the information.
